To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前日(24-8-2019 Sat)晏晝,同老公,男友人JT行完電腦節,由於部notebook要整啲嘢,行咗兩個鐘,JT由起身到行完都冇食過嘢,於是搵間餐廳坐低,邊食邊整,原本佢想幫我慳錢,話去麥當勞,但我唔肯, 因為一定人多同太迫喇,最後都說服到佢嚟呢間.我哋3人入到去,好彩有最後一張6人卡位坐,咁整嘢都鬆動啲.JT要$79.00嘅午餐A,唔記得係咪肉醬焗腸仔飯,飲熱咖啡.老公要$65.00嘅叉燒煎蛋飯.我就因為唔肚餓咩都唔要喇,但店員話每位位最低消費$22.00.咁我要熱杏霜啦.叉燒煎蛋飯到嚟,我冇理亦有冇食到,只顧飲我杯熱杏霜,個杯係好大個.唔係好似o衣o家嗰啲咁細,味道中規中矩啦.我亦冇問JT覺得佢嗰份點,佢亦都冇俾任何評價.而老公喺之後至同我講,叉燒煎蛋飯唔得,煎蛋嘅蛋汁好少,全瘦叉燒又乾又硬,好差,真係食到佢黯然消魂.味道: 1.5分環境:如文中講,3個人坐6人卡位,梗係舒服,不過冷氣唔係好夠.3.5分價錢:好彩都冇加一.1.5分
