To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近有好几次选择去了这里吃面。首先是方便，就在地铁口附近，然后上菜的速度也比较快，服务的老板会根据你口音偶尔跟你聊几句，从中可以知道他的过去。我通常是去吃鲜虾云吞面，加一份菜心，加起来40多块。面是经典的碱水面，吃不了咸的人建议换成米线，味道不错，这边经常有熟客过来吃面，这里只做面和粉，不提供饭，所以很饿的人记得可能要点两份面了。墙上也有关于这家店报道的报纸，有兴趣可以看一下。最后说一下，不接受微信支付宝，只接受现金支付。
