To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天一早決定要找家還有點心姐姐推著點心車叫著"蝦餃!燒賣!"的酒樓懷舊一下。還有想吃竽角,千層糕和馬拉糕。這四樣就是今天的重點。一時三十分去到,拿了號碼輪候二人枱。要等大約一百個號碼,足足等了一小時多一點。其實真正有人的號碼很少,可能不到十份之一。四人枱的更少,每每叫二十個號碼也沒有一個客人真的出現。這情況可能部份是因為那手機排隊的app所賜。建議大家下次想去美心的酒樓飲茶,可以考慮下載它的排隊app, 值得的。美心皇宮就是美心皇宮,裝潢設計及服務質素永遠沒有驚喜,但亦不會令人失望。只要不是要靠它去取悅女友或未來外母的話,不會有問題的。入坐後,還未開好茶就已經急不及待四處張望,看看各點心車上有什麼吃的。"一小時的等待"絕對是令人開胃的前菜。原來今時今日點心車只是一種可有可無的裝飾,大部份點心還是要用點心紙叫。車上來來去去都是那幾款點心。再加上我們入座得遲,很多想吃的點心也賣光了,包括最想吃的芋角。不過賣晒都係好事,唔怪佢,唯有下次請早。很可惜,整體點心都唔合我口味,除了那XO醬煎腸粉我喜歡外,其他都不想多說。那灌湯餃最失敗,既然要古法製造,就唔好未上枱已經穿左啦,啲湯唔知去晒邊? 唯一

環境同服務是可以的,不過以百五蚊一個頭黎講,佢既食物質素真的連美心一般的水準也不能達到。
