To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早幾日見有雜誌介紹華星常餐炒蛋奶茶係正, 炒蛋控的我就心郁郁嚟試...但見跟餐機乎係無選擇得叉燒意粉+火腿炒蛋+餐包咁.....我不嬲對湯意粉有抗拒, 於是唯有散叫~個咸牛肉蛋餅食得出係用蠔仔餅做法 ---> 以粉入蛋漿加咸牛肉半煎炸而成, 味道唔錯但真係太油, 加上$37齋個蛋同一丁(唔跟餐飲)其實係食水頗深......COT在茶餐廳質素來說唔特別突出, 係好一般既味道, 奶量太多, 茶味不足~較深刻係校長多士, 話係年年$廿五唔加價, 沾上咗松露醬加芝士烘香, 方包厚薄適中烘成多士係幾惹味, 但值唔值廿五又係見仁見智~收費唔平加上鄰近太多茶餐廳, 比較之下是有所遜色, 只係夾着明星效應, 一堆簽名合照佈滿店內外, 否則, 大概沒多少人會排隊幫趁~
