To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前搭巴士成日都見到呢間舖，上年冬天買咗啲羊肉餃返去打邊爐，有羊味真係好好食。今年天氣轉涼，就諗起呢一間店舖。咁就索性係尖沙咀過嚟食碗羊肉米線。本來係想嗌米線嘅，但係見到佢落餐嗰度有得點糯米粉，之前未食過就點嚟試吓。另外有好掛住啲羊肉餃，所以跟再追加羊肉湯餃。用砂鍋上keep住個溫度，熱辣辣超正。個羊肉餃水準依然冇變都係咁好食。羊肉份量唔算多，但係勝在有豆腐卜同埋啲百葉、雪耳撐下場。個糯米飯幾得意好似年糕咁煙煙韌韌不過就唔吸湯，襯埋d湯食嘅話就有啲燙口。個湯底飲完之後就有少少口渴，好彩跟餐有杯齋啡走甜，佢杯冰都幾誇張，如果d冰可以細番d就好啦。
