To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

準備秋冬,係時間要食羊,太子呢間由蒙古朋友主理嘅餐廳🇲🇳主打食羊,價錢實惠,風味十足燒茄子 🍆$30內蒙羊肉串(3串)🐐 $45豆卜串(2串) $18茄子🍆大大條,惹味但唔會過咸,個底唔會燒到燶晒可以食埋👍🏻;豆卜係用風琴豆卜,再灑上香料去燒,脆口得嚟唔會乾淨淨,幾好味😋;🐐羊肉串當然唔會令人失望,羊肉同羊脂肪隔住咁串起黎,有羊肉香,亦唔會柴,味道夠香夠惹味🤤💯🐮牛肉餅 $48網上見有人話牛肉餅正,就叫黎試下,有2件,皮唔會好厚,一咬開好多汁💦牛肉🥩亦好有肉味好足料,好味呀🫃🏻🍜砂鍋羊肉米線 $58成個砂鍋滾熱辣咁上🔥,好岩冬天食😍揀左粗糯米粉,口感好特別煙煙韌韌咁😬,羊肉亦都唔少,肉質同羊味都好🤌🏻,湯底亦有淡淡羊香,冬天之選☺️🥘當歸羊排湯 $68第一次飲羊肉既燉湯,一打開個蓋好香當歸味🥰裡面都幾多料,飲落甜甜地,好滋補暖胃嘅感覺🦾🧐verall:餐廳寫絕對唔落味精,欣賞👍🏻價錢好實惠,全晚都係滿座狀態,有人一個食米線🚶🏼,有兩個同事食羊肉串啤啤佢🍻,亦有一家人嚟食羊腩煲👨👨👧👧,仲有好多人叫外賣,大家鍾意食羊可以一試啊🐑❤️

喜歡食羊嘅朋友唔太多,不過有啲老死就確係幾鍾意食羊,記得好似上年冬天就一齊晌大角咀嘆羊腩煲。今次嚟到太子所試嘅「羊滋味」,一睇就知主打喺羊啦,又一齊擦番餐先。走進鋪內環境好街坊,無話太花巧裝修,頂多喺牆上掛上唔少跟蒙古嘅裝飾,最街坊就喺餐廳尾有部大電視,正正播緊奧運直播,啱晒我哋,而幫襯嘅亦好街坊,聽落有唔少都喺熟客,同啲店員打成一片。枱上放咗餐具、餐紙、調味料,自由取用。落單方面用二維碼,或向店員下單都可以。雖然話主打喺羊嘅菜式,不過,呢度都有好多其他選擇,唔食羊嘅都唔使擔心,而且,有辣有唔辣,涼拌小食、砂鍋米線、超多款碟頭飯餐,一系列內蒙古草原原始風味、特色煲類、串燒、麻辣燙,選擇多元化,最緊要喺定價實惠嘛!涼拌羊蹄筋 $68 牛孖筋食得多,羊蹄筋幾敢肯定喺第一次食,佢哋啲涼拌小食可以揀辣或唔辣,我哋就要咗微辣,所以食落去有少少辣勁,但已經有點刺激感,而調味方面除醬油就仲有好多芫茜、蔥蒜,味道豐富,而啲羊蹄筋非常之咬口,有韌勁,食落真喺幾過癮!羊肉煎餃 $48牛肉、羊肉餃可以揀蒸、煮或煎,分兩個份量:7隻賣$48,10隻賣$68,咁嚟得梗嗻揀羊肉餃啦,要煎嘅香口好多,咬開嗰層皮薄到好似紙咁薄,而餃底就好脆口,咬落裡面羊肉味好突出,而且,肉汁勁豐富,非常好食。砂鍋羊肉米線 $58老友就想濕濕地揀過砂鍋米線,因為,仲可以飲啖羊肉湯,唔喺講笑,嚟到個砂鍋真喺超級熱焫焫,啲湯仲喺噗吓噗吓滾起嚟,而啲羊肉好鬆化,好有羊味卻唔會好羶,裡面仲有好多清甜嘅白蘿蔔、爽脆嘅木耳同埋豆卜,而米線份量十足兼且滑溜非常。爆炒羊雜飯 $68另外仲叫咗一個飯餐,有幾款飯餐都好想試,結果就揀咗呢個爆炒羊雜,同樣因為豬雜牛雜就食得多,羊雜真喺好少有,不過,其實都喺大同小異,都喺啲腸臟、肝臟之類,食落去好有鑊氣,醬汁香濃,撈飯一流。燒原條茄子 $30最後再追加多一份燒茄子,補充下啲纖維質,條茄子夾起啲茄肉已感受到燒得好透,非常之軟滑,並滿滿蒜香,正呀喂。汽水$5、康師傅酸梅湯$10飲品有跟餐優惠,晌門口棟出嚟個飯餐更喺包飲品。小弟就要咗支酸梅湯,解吓啲濃味嘢,飲落又寧舍清爽。食到啱心水,合口味嘅嘢就會覺得自然好食,今晚全羊宴,試咗好款以羊入饌嘅菜式,又有不同部份,非常之唔錯,值得翻兜。

今日同朋友慶祝考到車牌。入到來完全無人招呼,自己搵枱坐低,然後見到張枱好多油漬,又自己抹返。講返食物本身,真係好伏好伏。368蚊個細羊腩煲,根本唔係羊腩,如圖所見,啲肉似煲完湯嘅湯渣,又硬又無肉味。唔知點解咁嘅食物質素都會有文章推介,嘥食客的時間同金錢。必須俾差評,希望大家唔好中伏。

第一次食呢間野,首先佢個滋補羊腩煲個湯飲落個味冇乜味精,重藥材味但都好飲,羊肉冇乜蘇味,算係好味嘅羊味,肉質彈牙,個羊腎好大個,大家可以叫串黎食,味道出色,另外佢個羊肉串,好味到追加,2個人最後食左9串,都夠飽,另外佢個涼拌豬耳個味係好食嘅,但感覺豬耳唔夠脆,比較硬。
