To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這家店我吃了三年，大部分都是外賣送上門一開波就先給大家看看最updated的外賣紙見證自把粉類從$2x 吃到 $3x我的必點就是豬骨湯地道桂林（炸醬）剛開始吃這家的時候是點老友粉，因為看到豬骨湯給吸引了～慢慢改成點這個豬骨湯味道清淡，倒進去通心米線的時候，炸醬裡頭的香、辣、鹹都走到湯裡，味道不用太複雜，這樣就夠治嘴饞了可惜通心米線有幾條硬硬的，可能在煮開的時間好好調節一下過往都滿喜歡點口水雞，可是這次讓我失望了肉少骨多也就算了，口水汁不香不辣，咬頭味道都不及格我還是給個笑笑臉，因為店家的招牌力保不失，不過口水雞呢應該不會再點了

 剛開始吃這家的時候是點老友粉，因為看到豬骨湯給吸引了～慢慢改成點這個
