什麼?只有蒸點的中菜館?才發現原來蒸的中菜那麼多選擇,而且比煎炸炒爆的中菜健康得多!每一人份的湯有很香濃的肉香,還有些姬松茸!真是有名貴的感覺~二人餐可選一份菜,我們選了金銀蛋浸時菜。採用的時菜是最普遍的黃芽白,既爽且甜,咸蛋入味不硬,皮蛋軟而流心,很正!再選一份海鮮蒜蓉粉絲焗扇貝好吃!那扇貝鮮甜又不會韌,蒜蓉調味很濃,加入粉絲吸湯,鮮中帶醬油咸,簡直是當中的點綴!最後一份可選肉,我們選了香菇杞子北芪銀山焗雞菇類軟稔而濃郁,雞塊肥瘦適中,還帶點滑雞皮,超下胃配料像紅棗,杞子北芪等都跟飯很配,加上雞肉一試難忘
