To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在裕民坊一帶有不少食店,這次選了每次經過都有食客的馬姐重慶麻辣燙。既然主打麻辣燙當然就試試這款麻辣湯底的車仔麵,有六種麵條可選,食料也有廿,三十款可以選擇。因為怕辣到肚子痛,所以只點了少辣湯底,不會過辣到食不下去,和譚仔辣度標準差不多,湯底不錯順口,香料味重,但吃完需要喝很多杯水。配料選了南瓜和炸香芋是吃得比較安心,也好食的。但午餐肉和豬腩片就有點伏,正常午餐肉起碼會有一點點肉絲口感,但這店的半點也沒有,比平時更軟像調了味的麵團。豬腩片雖然沒那麼奇怪,但吃到最後幾片,有些部分像柴掉的肉乾,讓腦中飄過內地如何處理肉類的畫面,就吃不下去了。
