To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 祁生朋友話呢間D野幾好食, 不過佢朋友就未食過都係聽佢D同事講, 是日約左祁生的舊同學食飯, 一行六人就來左呢間大中華飯店食晚飯喇...不過....鐵板黑椒豬手 - 第一啖入口, 個黑椒汁唔錯, 但.....食真D個汁好咸, 而且隻豬手似係現成貨啦...冰鎮魷魚 - 魷魚新鮮, 彈牙有咬口, 鮮味~唔錯~南乳吊燒鱔 - 脆脆地唔太重南乳味, 鱔肉唔"醒" 我唔食魚都覺得呢味好食呀!白灼東風螺 - 本來想叫豉椒炒蜆, 不過話賣哂就叫東風螺啦, 但係出事....東風螺未熟, 用牙籤篤唔出來而且.....有沙....我都唔明點解, 我已經趵走條腸都食到有沙?冰鎮海蝦 - 初初上枱時大家都覺得好靚, 而且蝦身都好大隻添喎, 可能佢賣點係半生熟的冰鎮蝦, 但蝦膏都未熟, 一 tat tat綠色既蝦膏, 真係唔多敢食多啖呢...!炸大腸- 一貫大排檔水準, 唔錯, 伴碟的菠蘿幾好食~清湯牛腩 - 又估佢唔到喎, D牛腩雖然大部份都係肉, 但好有牛味, 好香, 蘿蔔都好入味, 但D湯好咸.....蒜泥炒菜心 - 好油...又係落左味精(師傅)................唉.....味道真係唔多達

唉.....味道真係唔多達標......因為有兩,三味菜都較咸; 而且價錢都唔叫平, 6個人食左8樣野, 每人都要$145.0 再者都係食D平常野, 叫做係海鮮既有冰鎮蝦和東風螺, 所以呢個價錢唔抵...。此店都係因為位置係做街坊和司機生意, 越夜越多人, 但真得談不上好食....無下次了!!
