To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

芝士鹹牛肉飛碟，賣相首先已經不太討好，該烘到的地方都只是白色，跟白麵包沒有分別。其次是兩塊麵包沒有合上，都是分開的，根本癡唔埋。好明顯求求其其得個快字，諗住交左貨就算，但係其實我都等左15分鐘左右，咁佢係咪應該俾啲高少少質素嘅嘢我呢。飛碟連熱檸水一杯，下午茶餐價＄28，如果唔係今日踩住架單車入大埔，為咗睇住架車，唔會食呢間。其他食物平平無奇雖然價錢唔算貴，午餐都正正常常＄30,40就有得食，但係連簡簡單單一個飛碟都整成咁，我諗唔會有下次中間個心叫做夠熱，芝士有流到出嚟，但係鹹牛肉份量過少
