見係新開，又想食個清爽啲嘅lunch所以就試一試叫左個生牛河，一上枱已經失望擺位零亂唔緊要，牛肉夠生但份量少，湯唔香 帶唔出生牛河應有嘅層次，另外湯唔夠熱 啲牛肉食入口時最盡比半生熟更生色 香 味 皆無，後會無期Was craving a lighter lunch so I decided to dry out this new Vietnamese restaurant and ordered a raw beef pho.I was disappointed right when my order was delivered.Presentation was rather messy but it’s alright. Beef was raw enough but on the lack side. Soup base lacks the fragrance which missed out the very important kick for a Vietnamese pho noodle soup. The soup base was also not hot enoug
