很多人喜歡吃車仔麵的原因是選擇夠多,幾十種配料加各式粉麵,加辣不加辣悉隨專便!吃了這麽多年下來已不知從何時開始,每次吃也只是點叫那幾款加油麵及辣汁.五餸油麵加辣汁----大腸質感軟淋夠入味,牛腩吃得一口是渣,豬紅入口感覺很削血腥味頗重.,牛肚硬身不入味,炸魚皮早已浸淋不再酥脆.油麵的質感奇怪,又不像是灼不透,但麵條中間是帶有一點粉的口感,可是放在雪櫃內太久?辣汁既不香亦不辣幫補不了食味,最後要靠檯面上的辣椒油幫肋下才能吃完這碗麵.從菜單上看來此鍾記與賣牛鞭馳的鍾記應無關連,因這裡只有牛雜.但有一個共通點就是再來的興趣不大.
