To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 男朋友生日，免費去海洋公園，而同行者亦只需半價即可入場玩＄140，有帶外攜食物，但因為太熱需要去抖涼休息和生日者有某些餐廳的優惠，所以去了＂灣景餐廳＂。餐廳是以自助的形式，好像food court ，不過食物起碼$110以上。本人認為食物基本上不是買點，因為味道真的很普通，有些更稱得上好難食，而唯一最有買點，最叫人Like的，是那大大塊玻璃大窗，望住外面無敵靚南區海景陪伴進餐。聽講是水母餐廳，而不知怎的，可能我們睇漏眼了吧，一隻水母也看不到！！燒雞蜜桃雜菜沙律（$50）燒雞根本完全不曾燒過的，似白烚，難食。罐頭蜜桃，加上一些倒是挺新鮮的雜菜配沙律醬，開胃。芒果拿破侖蛋糕（$30）第一眼看根本不知這是拿破侖蛋糕，造型差，但味道更差，旁邊的雜果配飾也不新鮮，有點不知所謂的感覺。幸好生日者有優惠，光顧滿$50就送甜品，否則心痛錢包了。
