To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 先此聲明,差唔多個個月都有幫襯意樂美孚分店,試過餐牌上好多樣嘢食都唔錯,但最近水準唔太穩定,係食評講出嚟希望有改善。午餐時段叫咗「日式燒汁溫泉蛋牛肉丼飯」,諗住咁易煮嘅嘢穩穩陣陣。一打開外賣盒,牛肉份量唔算多,唔夠送飯。算啦🥲 淨食白飯都飽肚,點知啲飯好似落唔夠水,每一粒都好硬(硬過隻紙匙羹),咬到好攰。然後個飯最驚嚇係......當我篤穿隻溫泉蛋嘅時候,原來得蛋白,只知蛋黃失了蹤,想搵少少蛋汁撈飯都冇😭 完全唔知廚房佬點打蛋搞到咁,估唔到牛肉飯可以咁伏。

一打開外賣盒,牛肉份量唔算多,唔夠送飯。

算啦🥲 淨食白飯都飽肚,點知啲飯好似落唔夠水,每一粒都好硬(硬過隻紙匙羹),咬到好攰。

然後個飯最驚嚇係......當我篤穿隻溫泉蛋嘅時候,原來得蛋白,只知蛋黃失了蹤,想搵少少蛋汁撈飯都冇😭 完全唔知廚房佬點打蛋搞到咁,估唔到牛肉飯可以咁伏。
