今日去金魚街買野,泊完車揾野食,行過見到有生煎包食,睇圖同我係上海食架小楊生煎好似,都係反轉黎煎,所以就試下。我兩個人叫左生煎包,小籠包,涼麵,紅油抄手。先講生煎包,細粒到同小籠包一樣size,皮厚,無湯汁係裏面,煎得又唔夠脆。完全唔得,更加唔好同上海架小楊比。小籠包,皮厚,肉大粒,又係裏面無湯汁。涼麵,面可以係未煮好,仲係一舊舊。紅油炒手,雲吞加辣椒油,無野好講。
