To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 開左一星期多先黎試。午餐時段唔多人，地方好大，好闊。睇左餐牌，再去收銀處比錢，攞個牌坐低，就會有人送餐。內有兩個搖擺千秋坐椅。另外，有一個區域有圖書、少少玩具，可以比小朋友除鞋入去玩、睇圖書，重貼有歡迎大家捐書、玩具。而我因為有小朋友，所以坐近呢一區。食物方面，我叫左豬頸肉米線，好淡味，湯底無味。雞翼肉燥飯呢，雞翼有酸味，應該調味落多左醋。食物真係好麻麻。飲品方面，我叫左咖啡點子，兒時回憶返哂黎！總括黎講，想有兒時回憶，我才會再來。
