朋友同我講炑八韓烤係香港最早期提供食韓燒無限refill芝士栗米同泡菜蛋既地方, 所以佢成日黎食, 食物質素幾好, 而且除左韓燒, 其他時段食野都好抵。心動左好耐, 今日終於夾到時間黎食佢既下午茶。炑八韓烤係香港有幾間分店, 太子分店同地鐵站頗近。位於地牢既炑八要行樓梯落, 雖然係地牢但唔算昏暗, 而且比其他地鋪更有空間感。枱同枱之間位置充足, 空間鬆動, 我附近有一枱食緊韓燒, 但都不覺有油煙味。下午茶餐全部$48, 總共有八款選擇, 而且每款均送上韓式清湯及兩款前菜。聽落已經好抵, 望埋落去,原來個餐仲包一個小食, 姐係$48, 啲野食已經可以放滿張枱甘濟。原價$32一杯既特飲, 跟下午茶餐只要加$6就有喇, 仲要無限添加! 一入座就已經有一支檸檬水放係枱, 好貼心。點左餐就好快有餐前小菜送上黎喇, 碟碟都好吸引, 我最鐘意就係最前果碟海帶, 佢係用醋浸, 有微微既酸味, 好岩做餐前小食。海帶幾厚身, 入口仲好爽。仲有呢個悉心排到甘靚既泡菜, 有微辣同少少咸味, 每層既菜都有辣醬均勻浸泡住, 視覺滿分。韓式清湯好清澈既湯水, 以為無咩味, 但飲落海帶同豬肉既味都好突出。柚子檸檬梳打

乾杯! 但原來真係好大杯好重, 見唔見到隻手拎得幾肉緊。 我飲既菠蘿梳打, 唔算好有菠蘿味, 可能糖漿沉哂落底, 所以我飲到有時好淡, 有時好甜, 建議大家飲前要攪勻呀。

胡麻沙律成日食, 多數都係因為想健康啲啲, 食少少新鮮菜。但呢到既沙律菜一啲都唔少! 係一豌滿滿, 而且就算食到底都係大大塊既沙律菜, 唔係菜碎呀。醬既份量岩岩好, 食到下面都有醬。味道唔會有驚喜, 但真係幾新鮮。

想像唔到如果呢個份量叫做迷李, 甘正常份量係有幾大份。一共有六大塊既簿餅, 入口個邊仲係脆既, 而裡面係濕潤軟身, 食到一絲絲泡菜同洋蔥。個醬汁係淡身既醬油, 仲有啲紅椒同青椒粒粒, 味道有層次, 同個泡菜餅好夾。

睇韓劇見過好多次炸醬麵, 今日終於親身食到。味道唔似個顏色甘濃但絕對唔係淡, 食落有少少似豆瓣醬, 見到一粒一粒既係薯仔, 翠肉瓜同腩肉粒粒。麵條頗粗身, 幾彈牙。 比我想像中既炸醬麵好味。

石頭鍋飯上台時個石碗好夠熱, 落醬拌勻時, 聽到滋滋聱, 係肚餓時最鐘意聽到既聲音。個飯好足料, 除左牛肉, 其他應有既伴菜都有, 例如菠菜、紫菜、青瓜、蘿蔔、芽菜。所以拌完個飯, 係每啖都好足料, 口感同味道都好豐富。

雖然下午茶我無食韓燒, 成餐食完個人同啲衫都無咩味, 但係我有一點唔係好明, 就係用黎放隨身物品既櫈竟然係通窿既! 甘咪隔唔到味囉? 有無人試過, 可以話我知到底有無味?
