Restaurant: Cha Thai (Kai Tin Shopping Centre)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天一心諗住同爸爸媽媽慶祝生日食飯,我地一行8人,19:20有位入座,一開始想叫最經典的生菜包、餐牌貼住冇、想叫黃咖哩,餐牌又貼住冇,想叫椰青湯底打邊爐、佢話冇晒煲。算、咁我哋就叫其他啦,紅咖喱、手找餅、炒菜、串燒、炒飯、炒金邊、明爐魚,好快就食晒,就差條魚未黎。阿姐走黎話冇魚,咁諗住叫蝦餅、阿姐話冇,然後叫左鳳爪、泰式烤豬頸肉、炸豬皮,烤豬頸肉黎到唔係烤係焗,仲要冇泰式辣醬點,阿姐話岩嫁喇。呢餐未夠20:10已經食晒啲嘢,因為咩都話冇,連想放蛋糕都話冇雪櫃,仲要收$50切餅費,傻的嗎?就連碌卡都冇得碌。呢間野真係咩都冇,以前開頭都好似好地地,但就越黎越差,以後都唔會再黎呢間野食,乜都冇同我食茶餐廳都冇分別!
