To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

叫客坐滴水位

其實我明香港餐廳係冇服務可言，但係基本衛生都要掛。三個人排完隊一坐低，朋友個位上面原來冷氣係滴水，咁同職員講換位，但餐廳都full, 出門口再等過位囉。之後坐左喺隔，但係個滴水位都仲俾其他客入！外國人一坐低又中滴水，見佢中左幾下就出聲換位。之後又俾另一個客坐。。。滴水滴得咁密，中個身一滴都嫌煩啦，如果滴中碗麵咁我點食呀大佬！？當d客係乜？
