Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

召喚開心果fans!!! 酒店下午茶, 每位HK$168就食到~ 說的是九龍東皇冠假日酒店47樓的星幕最近推出「 開心果誘惑下午茶」, 每日3:15PM至5:30PM供應.   咸甜美點各五款, 味道及賣相都有心思.  這份下午茶令我對開心果副產品有改觀, 開心果味幾對辦, 不會太假. 先說甜點.  開心果馬卡龍是有驚喜, 因為甜度低, 不會死甜, 而且夾層是伯爵茶味忌廉, 太合心意~開心果芒果忌廉酥皮卷是下午茶架上較矚目的, 因為 ‘萬綠叢中一點黃’~  不止賣相吸引, 味道上也是香脆解膩, 不錯~ 迷你開心果巴斯克芝士蛋糕, 有點實淨但都幾軟滑, 而且開心果味濃郁. 有小花花的是開心果脆皮泡芙, 脆皮內的冰凍香滑忌廉, 就像躺在草地上感受著微風吹拂般. 顏色有強烈對比的開心果朱古力慕絲筒, 一口size, 脆與幼滑的融合. 咸點之中, 我最喜歡香煎帶子伴開心果及鰹魚湯蒸蛋, 同樣也是 ‘驚喜’ 二字, 看來驚喜很能讓女生受落.   初時以為是醬汁, 但鰹魚湯的香味, 令滑滑的蒸蛋加倍誘人.   其次是開心果蟹籽蛋沙律牛角包, 滿滿的餡料, 吃了這個都飽飽的; 第一次吃開心果青醬焗田

 遠看有點像三文魚配wasabi!  其實是三文魚刺身伴開心果忌廉芝士卷, 肥美油潤的美三文配果仁香的忌廉芝士, 與一般忌廉芝士相比, 多了一份烘焙香.
