To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 如果唔係肚餓又想坐得舒服、涼冷氣,真係唔會幫襯囉 ~ 海洋公園啲街邊小食店都好食過佢呀 ~ 環境好寬倘,密度不高,而且有山景海景添。切雞河,睇完個餐牌諗住叫燒味最穩陣,點知都係賴野。咸雞仲要有隔夜味,雞背同雞翼,無肉食有無搞錯,口感乾烚烚又硬屈屈。湯底淡,河粉硬,又係辣椒油出場救命既時候。我都唔明切雞河要跟醋、薑蓉、甜豉油,當左海南雞?埋單貴到嚇親我,不過預左依度係搵遊客錢,實貴到死,好食就話無所謂啫,咁既質數真係唔值囉 ~
