今日行東薈城見到地下介紹食肆,呢間個樣係酸菜魚就嚟試吓,嗌咗二人午餐,揀咗雞絲伴粉皮、蒜炒翡翠苗、酸菜魚。首先嚟雞絲粉皮,好細碟,雞絲真係得幾條,佢正價餐牌都$58,未免是水太深吧,另外味道花生醬濃咗d,然後蒜炒翡翠苗,普普通通啦,主菜來了,結果係失望,因為我食過幾多間酸菜魚通常係滑,但佢係「鞋」,成個感覺係所有材料放落去,但係各有各味道,完全無融合到。好吃不止酸菜魚,但係連主菜都咁難食我真係諗唔到點解我會再幫襯第二次。
