To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近到這一家餐廳點了肉醬意粉，但是非常失望。這道菜的味道很差，肉醬的味道非常差，賣相亦十分糟糕，完全沒有任何食欲。意粉的口感雖然是不錯，但肉醬有些黏糊糊的感覺，讓人感覺非常難吃。我真的很失望，這道菜無法讓我享受到美食的樂趣，反而讓我感到非常不舒服。總括來說，這家餐廳的肉醬意粉是我吃過最差的一道，完全不值得推薦。如果你想要享受美食，我建議你尋找其他的餐廳，這家的菜品和服務都非常差，讓人感到非常失望。
