To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去半島酒店食飯,總是抱著一個期待的心情,由入座至下單試菜,職員都是nice的~ 我中午12點入口,有散檯幾張,環境雅致,聽到音樂,但一去到1點左右,很多貴婦們,以及一身珠光寶氣的長者們入座,頓時嘈吵了很多,跟一個鐘前的感受差很遠,職員也頓時應接不暇。食品質素是預期之內,印象特別深刻是叉燒酥、金魚餃,以及前菜的琥珀合桃,最好食真的是琥珀合桃!餐牌上點心大部分是3件,但高級酒店級數是可以用單件來叫,所以我們兩位就可以每人一件,正好每樣輕嚐。
