To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午一時左右,不用等位直入。坐低之後就見其他人要攞飛等,但唔算等得耐。2個人叫左河內燒春雞釀香茅黃薑飯($118),牛柳粒紅飯($7x)同蒸粉卷。河內燒春雞釀香茅黃薑飯即製要等25分鐘,未決定其他叫咩,就即刻落左單先。飲品買一送一。28蚊杯,叫左芒果椰果冰同椰汁椰果冰。原本打算叫牛油雞翼,但點幾已話賣晒。上菜速度ok,先上飲品,後上牛柳粒紅飯同蒸粉卷。芒果椰果冰同椰汁椰果冰都無咩味,好淡又唔夠凍,下次一定唔叫飲品。牛柳粒紅飯麻麻地,牛柳粒唔算多,紅飯偏油,個汁超級鹹。蒸粉卷不過不失,粉皮厚度ok,唔會似芽莊那個咁厚。食完牛柳粒紅飯同蒸粉卷,等左一陣,河內燒春雞釀香茅黃薑飯就上,等待是值得的,賣相唔差,雞肉唔鞋,黃薑飯夠味。下次再來,一定encore河內燒春雞釀香茅黃薑飯!P.s.坐椅布面有漬食飯時有烏蠅飛來飛去飲品味道差以上都是需要改善的!
