To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見這間店在openrice的觀塘區組別排名第一,便和女朋友幫襯下這間店了。那時是星期日晚上8時30分,等了約十分鐘便有位了。我哋被安排入座細房 (真的是很細的房,得張細檯和L型Sofa),坐得比較舒服,真好彩。 食物:1) 椰青海鮮焗飯$78這碟飯很好味,有啲椰香味滲入飯中,特別開胃的。另外,這碟嘢的制作時間標明需25分鐘,所以要點的話,便要儘早落單了。2) 青咖喱豬頸肉$68這碟餸都幾好味,但份量比較少。3) 馬拉盞通菜$48味道中規中矩,並非特別好味。總括而言,雖然價錢略貴,但環境和食物也不錯,可以一試。埋單連加一總計$213.4。
