To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六下午三點幾，見門口冇乜人就排隊試下，等十分鐘已可以入座。地方都幾整潔，坐位傍有個籃比客人放手袋什物都幾細心。叫咗“小牛排＋牛板鍵 200g” 兩份套餐@＄128，之後再加 120g 和牛扒 ＄150。所有肉都已預先醃製醃料，味係比較重，但啱我口味，牛肉質素一般，和牛扒就麻麻比較韌，應該叫多一個套餐比較抵食，白飯分大中細三個份量可以選擇，我揀咗大碗，口感唔錯，溝啲枱面供應調味料，可以好快食晒一碗。一人一爐都幾好玩，油煙吸落底層所以冇油煙味，呢方面令我最欣賞。唔食牛嘅話，可以選擇雞肉或者豬腩肉片，價錢亦比較經濟。掃描 QR code 自己落單，埋單只收電子貨幣不收現金相信係大趨勢。提提大家，店內沒有免費茶水供應。
