To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 片皮鴨冇咩肥膏,質素依舊高汁。片皮鴨哥哥切到冇停手,不過都要等咗半個鐘頭以上先有得食。配桂花蜜醬& 哈密瓜係我最愛組合小籠包湯包一般,皮粗,唔夠薄,湯汁都流走曬肉又冇味,比一般嘅小籠包都差賽螃蟹配醋,全靠醋味提升整體味道,如果唔加醋,嗰個炒蛋白同埋帶子肉真係冇味可能連自己都唔知,原來自己鍾意呷醋鮮百合炒淮山,雖然外貌一般,不過味道唔錯。需要一味健康清淡又好味嘅菜,佢係合格嘅。整餐飯我覺得可以畀6分、其中四分係畀片皮鴨,而兩分係畀個淮山。
