To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚唔係好舒服,罷工唔煮飯,上Openrice見到呢間新店,作為大圍友的我,冇理由唔試吓架?入座安排了我們坐左邊最後排一張卡位,(到20:00才知個位瀨嘢,原來有人吹色士風,我想望吓個表演者,都被站著我旁的侍應或行來行去的人遮住咗,激死)。看看Menu,見到只有兩款二人餐選擇,一個好像是$498(沒牛可選擇)的,另一個是我們叫的$598餐,也有一個散叫的餐牌及飲品餐牌。我們三個人,叫一個二人餐,一個散叫的龍蝦汁海鮮意粉(再加幾十蚊轉套餐,多了一個青豆湯,《好飲過龍蝦濃湯》,也有飲品及甜品。/ 先講二人餐,我們選擇了長腳蟹沙律(以為已拆肉的,原來係原條腳上碟,為了一條蟹腳,冇人願意食,怕整污穢隻手,要我拿濕紙巾出嚟,才有人去拆嚟食)😂及水牛城雞翼(原本諗住亞女鐘意食,叫比她的,皮脆肉嫩,但都幾辣的,辣到亞女呼呼聲,嗜辣人士就較啱),餐湯選了兩個都係龍蝦濃湯(味道有點像燶燶地的罐頭龍蝦湯,當然,罐頭龍蝦湯成本都唔平,應該唔會的😜),反而散叫轉套餐的青豆湯就幾有驚喜,至於蒜蓉包,蒜蓉很香很好味,但因沒焗過,不會像多士的脆口,揸上手更會dup曬頭。主菜方面,叫了龍蝦汁海鮮意粉比亞女(同我散叫的
