To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有同事已經成日話想食這間越式小店，今日Lunch終於比佢得嘗所願。這小店舖面細細，座位不多，座得較窄，所以要等位機會較高，如果不想等位可外賣，眼見出餐都快。Lunch包一杯熱青檸水，無加一收費。我們叫了:春卷豬扒飯$60 - 賣相吸引份量十足!春卷香脆，餡料多令到口感豐富豬扒厚身，炸得香口，肉質不會過鞋，估不到幾好食豬扒下面有生菜沙律，生菜新鮮! 另外有豉油自己加在飯上，撈飯一流越式香芧豬扒煎蛋飯$60 - 雖然太陽蛋穿了，但不失香味。豬扒一樣炸得香口，熱辣辣好味同樣有新鮮生菜沙律墊底蛋加豉油撈飯一流超串串撈檬$55 - 有4條豬肉串，檬粉份量不少，賣相不錯。炸的豬肉串肉質嫰口，味道可以熱青檸水 - 每人有一杯，青檸味清香，順喉好飲。
