To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 睇住佢開張幫襯,初頭一兩年疫情嘅時候其實唔錯,但係之後質素越嚟越差,不論係嘢食同埋招呼,其實都每況愈下,啲餐具又污糟,諗住小店幫襯吓。其實佢初初啲叉燒炒飯係好食嘅,但係唔知係咪轉做老細,呢一兩年簡直係慘不忍睹食咗幾次早餐,其實都係夾硬食所有個侍應,不論男女老友,全部都黑口黑面。叫佢攞杯熱水嚟,都要問四次仲要係掉低俾我。今日一家4口再嚟幫襯,帶埋小朋友五歲,坐低叫咗三個餐佢話唔得,一定要叫四個餐。咁OK嘅,我走啦,應該唔會再返嚟
