人生第一次食omakase, 一入到去個環境好有feel坐位唔多, 需要訂位先食到店員都好好咁帶路, 介紹每一樣食物, 好有心我係食伊吹 ($1380) set, 都唔會食唔飽架首先係頭盤, 有炸細蟹, 炸無花果, 同埋一個用高湯整成既果凍店員有講到係要由右至左去食架, 好貼心, 唔係我就亂咁黎XD未試過食咁細隻既蟹, 都幾特別, 不過要細細淡咁食, 唔係就會吉到口啦炸無花果係少少甜, 整體都好開胃仲有個Ame-la 甜蕃茄, 有配埋鹽食, 因為都好甜下可以中和返卷狀物體係右口魚, 入面有啲姜同咸咸地嘅啫喱, 幾fresh幾特別隔離有笠貝, 加咗少少青檸汁, 好彈唔鯹剌身三點:熟成過嘅深海池魚, 拖羅, 燒過嘅銀雪魚好特別, 又試到新嘢主食有脆皮金鯛魚魚肉唔會淋, 啲皮仲要可以食, 連埋魚肉一齊個口感好正壽司就有8舊, 如果唔食wasabi記得同師父講, 唔係就會包埋係入面架啦食完先會整下一個比你伊佐木 - 由淡味嘅魚開始食起, 甜鮮之後有白蝦, 青魚, 海膽, 拖羅等等, 全部都好新鮮最後全晚嘅高潮:海膽軍艦同拖羅壽司順帶一提, 個人幾鍾意壽司飯嘅調味, 溫度又適中食晒全部壽司之後就

食晒全部壽司之後就係有牡丹蝦煲成嘅麵豉湯, 入面都好足料
食完啲生冷野, 飲返個熱辣辣既麵豉湯真係岩晒
不過就鹹左少少, 我就接受到既!

整體黎講
魚生都好新鮮, 睇住師父一樣一樣咁整出黎, 係一個幾特別既體驗
服務方面, 呢度所有職員都好nice, 師傅有講有笑, 侍應仲同客人交流清酒嘅知識, 真係學咗好多嘢

途中師父都會問下啲食物岩唔岩食, 有咩建議, 都幾friendly
