To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

可以接受的自助餐

是次見到Amazing出榴蓮芒果自助餐，滿心歡喜地找太太和小朋友來一試，但結果有少許失望，因為含榴蓮的食物種類不多，印像中只得幾款；芒果做的食品亦沒有甚麽特別，而其他甜品都可以接受。最令我滿意的都是榴蓮糯米糍，因為很有榴蓮味。此外還這裡的Dreyer's D-Collection 雪糕杯都唔差，但朱古力味很快就被沽清，沒有機會試這裡環境真的有改善空間，因為在室內竟然發現有蒼蠅飛來飛去，而且還留在我的食物上。
