近期我盡量只會去衛生管理做得好d、味道keep到水準嘅餐廳,呢間都算係我心水list之一。呢碟菜嘅醋醬好容易沾上清新青瓜,同脆口海蜇頭,真係好開胃!四川夫妻肺片,迷你版冷盤黎講,味道不過不失。用盅上嘅蝦仁酸辣湯,美觀、料足、酸辣度亦十足,唔錯唔錯!點可以唔叫呢度嘅招牌原味小籠包,皮薄,比其他地方食到嘅更煙靱,肉汁清甜,即叫即蒸,仲有好多特別味道選擇,超級推介!極度推介呢個蟹粉炒飯,本身個炒飯已經炒得乾身又香蛋味,配上師傅精心泡製嘅蟹粉,個種鮮味撈埋食真係好味到不得了!蒜蓉炒菠菜,蒜味ok,可惜菠菜略嫌有d老,有渣。桃膠紅棗桂圓湯,少甜、好香紅棗味,好食!餐廳對防疫工作認真,量度體溫,設搓手液,每檯用消毒劑清潔,廚房師傅戴帽戴口罩,對客人對員工都安心d,十分欣賞!
