To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

等著十分鐘，終於可以入到，點了一個什錦拉麵加牛油和一個螃蟹拉麵加牛油，面來說不錯，加了牛油會香一點，叉燒味道夠，又大片略厚但只有一片，蛋只有白洽蛋不是糖心蛋，美中不足，但蛋黃泡在湯中也不散算不差。這個也是值得推介的，炸豬扒比好多出名的更好食，入口𣎴會好硬同厚炸粉，雞翼好香口，只用少少鹽吊出雞翼的香味，我最最愛薯仔沙律了，好像雪糕一樣一球球，可以用筷子夾起來，吃到嘴里，滿嘴充滿了薯仔的香氣，小小甜，很難形容的滿足感，
