To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同女朋友行街街，食好耐未食過嘅元氣壽司。餐廳光猛闊落，點菜要download個app用自己電話點，連ipad都可以慳返喇。而且每次點餸數量有限，要分多次點單。炸蝦卷連頭($36)一向都係炸蝦卷fans，今次有埋個頭梗係試下啦。果然冇令我失望，一貫咁脆口又鮮味。吞拿魚腩($26一件)大大塊，油份充足但都唔係我嘅至愛三文魚腩($10一件)三文魚果種獨特嘅味道真係特別出色赤海蝦($10一件)爽口彈牙，每次食壽司必叫油甘魚($10一件)新鮮，睇顏色都分辨到炙燒帆立貝($17一件)帆立貝刺身軟淋淋，但炙燒咗之後會挺身啲，加埋芝士更加香口。
