To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前兩天去到麗城花園商場行下、咦！👀見到開咗一間新嘅chicken factory喺度、於是二話不說就同朋友入咗依間餐廳、揾左座位、原來呢間餐廳、好似快餐店咁樣先喺門口order左食物、比左錢後可以坐低、等叫号碼先去拎食物、order左2个海南雞飯、再加白豆漿同黑豆漿、飯上枱面、熱度適中、如果熱D就更加好、海南雞全部去哂骨、都几岩懶人唔駛啃骨、好啱我🤭My god我嗰啲全部都係雞胸肉😪一般我都唔鍾意食雞胸肉、怕嚡口、但食落都ok喎、唔係想像中難食👍黑豆漿都好好飲、好滑溜、仲有跟飯個碗湯熱辣辣、好正👍其實呢間喺炸雞專門店、由於依排比較熱氣無試到、下次有機會一定會再試下嘅鎮店之寶炸雞。
