To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好鍾意食辣，又想嘗試除譚仔以外既米線，於是去左屋企附近既雲桂香雲桂香既辣同譚仔辣好唔同，偏向四川重慶比較多，而且配菜會比較足，所以香麻味道會出d個日照舊叫左小鍋米線中辣配魚肉春卷中辣食落去介乎於火山爆發與香麻辣味之間，好適合食得辣但又唔想辣味掩蓋全部味蕾既人肉碎同酸菜都係索曬辣味既配料，所以連埋米線一齊食會覺得味道好夾尤其肉碎，鹹味令到可以中和越食越麻既味蕾魚肉春卷炸得唔油，食落去唔會太膩（雖然份量係少左d哈哈）$37既小鍋米線岩曬可以頂住辣隱既朋友
