呢排restaurant week 推出咗 winners’ edition, meat the sea 係選為 popular valued restaurant,質素果然無令我失望。三個 course 晚餐 set 每人只係298,勁抵食頭盤要左:3 x French Fine De Claire Oysters 🦪Oyster 新鮮好味,所以我哋另外再追加咗多一set 😋同埋 Tuna Tatki With Sesame Seeds Soy Sauce And Wasabi - Tuna tataki 係日式路線,將 tuna 外層輕輕烤過~可以同時品嚐到生同熟既兩種口味,肉質嫩而且香氣十足~(不過配蝦片我覺得有小小古怪haha...所以冇乜點食啲蝦片)同埋加左個lobster soup 同樣精彩。lobster soup 除咗龍蝦肉仲有蜆同埋青口,重點係個湯底好鮮美!呢個好推介要加!Main Courseutch Clams And Mussels in A Creamy Garlic Sauce With Vegetables And Fries🐚雖然又係蜆同青口,但係

雖然又係蜆同青口,但係啲海鮮高質所以唔會悶。而且個汁冇得頂,夠 creamy 得嚟唔濟,用嚟點啲薯條一流。連入面一齊煮既菜都好好食,全部清晒~
睇啲個粉紅色就知對辦,試咗少少,肉味十足而且口感都嫩~唔錯!估唔到連扒都有水準~

個Panatone食落唔知點解有酒味(可能因為有啲乾果?)不過我哋問左啦,整既時候係無落酒,今鋪真係酒不醉人人自醉啦~唔會太甜,做 ending 亦夠晒滿足
無聊小插曲:之後走嘅時候沿住荷李活道向前行,發現冇幾遠原來仲有一間佢哋嘅食材零售店,之後又見返頭先煮嘢食嘅大廚仲同我哋 say hi 😂 勁搞笑。自家有食材source 唔怪得啲價錢都夠貼地👍🏻
