To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友聚會約了在此,可恨自己加班遲到,飛車到達時已開席了。因此今次的食評欠圖,希望不會無圖無真相吧🤣🤣🤣燒乳鴿皮脆多肉,雖然較乾但仍然可接受,但肉的份量實在令人喜出望外,一改過去對食乳鴿只吃到皮包骨頭的壞印象。剛上市的豆苗浸湯,保險之選,絕對不會有錯。荷葉飯其實都做得不錯,粒粒分明又有香味,忍不住到最後都吃光一碗。最令人印象深刻的是心形的桂花糕,當吃過比較濃味的八道菜後,為口腔帶來一股清新。微甜的桂花香,而且師傅都做得好,不會有平常見到用食具一夾便散碎的問題,咬著吃都沒問題,吃到最後一口都仍然穩穩的,非常難得。
