今晚同朋友慶祝生日,上openrice search 見到依間The Oyster House,記得朋友都幾鍾意食蠔,見評價又唔錯,就book 枱。Book 左6:30pm, 餐廳在謝菲道地鋪,咁岩出邊又搭緊棚,爭D睇唔到間餐廳!~我地book得早,去到無人,但7:00開始就陸陸續續有人黎。餐廳的內在環境設計簡單,而選用雲石枱令餐廳的格局同品味都提升左。黎蠔餐廳一定要食蠔,我地點了三款,有YellowStone (USA), Rollex(South Africa)同Lambert (France),店員會好細心簡介由淡至濃味咁食,隻隻都好清甜,啖啖肉,Creamy,絕對新鮮。一路食都聽到其他食客以為生蠔有六折,其實係要order 2杯酒先有。大家可以留意返烤日本帶子配野菌木魚絲~ 一格有4粒,烤香味濃,面頭鋪滿木魚絲,下面又有幾粒用牛油炒過既菇,帶子厚身煎到半熟,爽口,整個帶子味道鮮甜,配菜帶出不同口感及層次。主菜揀左個炭燒加拿大天然豬鞍,依個真係一流,脂肪不多,肉味濃,肉質鬆厚,易咬易切,用炭燒過香味更天然更濃,吃完不覺油膩,同埋價錢算貴,一個好值得推薦的主菜。朋友表示非常滿意,不
