To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日懶洋洋又下大雨不想出街食，於是朋友在此餐廳買了些外賣來我家吃雜錦拼盤，有雞翼、魚柳、沙律、薯條和我最愛的咖啡菇，好有菇味。燒豬肋骨，我最喜歡它上面的特色燒汁醬，帶出成排燒肋骨的香味。牛肉漢堡，是我的推介菜之一，牛肉好Juicy之外，和那片半溶帶有少少咸味的芝士一起吃起來的味道好襯。因為和好足份量的大咖菇一起煮，所以才更喜歡吃這種帶著菇香味的意粉。小朋友至愛的卡邦尼意粉，不過感覺這少了些蛋汁及芝士而較為乾身。這海鮮飯也是我的推介菜之一，飯底是茄汁飯，這酸爽味夾著海鮮的鮮甜吸引我不停口地吃了大半盒，唯一美中不足的是海鮮的份量少了一點。
