To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香芋角上來兩隻，一隻翻倒出了紙托。朋友：可能我們不是吃餐廳週set他應該會把這個翻倒的扶起來再上來吧。蝦丸上菜直接往桌子邊緣一放就走了。我們自己再把菜放到餐桌中間。每一個菜上菜和撤盤都透露著濃濃的厭世，我的朋友一直在說話吃的慢一些，好幾道菜還沒有吃完就被收走。最後我朋友生氣了，說我還沒吃完呢！服務員才又把跟髒盤子堆在一起的碗放回我朋友面前。很難想像這是一家曾經的米芝蓮。香港舊日榮光已逝，即便不是街邊小舖食客亦無尊嚴。令人遺憾。
