To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

可怕的沙律

天氣熱到不得了，其實真係連晚飯都唔多想食，不過又怕晚啲會肚餓，所以決定食啲輕量啲嘅嘢，泰國嘅青木瓜沙律就最好不過啦。我一坐落黎就先叫個青木瓜沙律，諗住酸酸辣辣又清新嘅青木瓜可以幫我解下熱啦。點知個青木瓜沙律都唔似青木瓜沙律，啡色嘅青木瓜沙律真第一次見到，啲青木瓜應該係浸左啲汁好好好好好很多個小時，鹹到不得了，一啲都唔清新，蝦又好似黑黑地咁，好失望。好彩碟菜唔錯，調味醬好香，炒菜最正沙嗲串燒就乾過頭，肉冇味，十分一般
