To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友推介的地方，首先食物質素挺不错，幾有水準，例牌份量很大，不過九成菜式價錢都是$98或以上，貴唔貴見仁見智，不過我覺得價錢都對得起佢嘅食物質素，性價比就談不上。Book咗大抬上咗閣樓，環境比較狹窄而我哋就被分配喺兩張大枱中間嘅一張比較細嘅枱，又係香港特色如果其他枱坐滿人其實你張凳係拉唔到出嚟坐，我諗大家都明白什麼狀況，原來其中一張大枱係散客上嚟搭枱的。因為要突然加多兩位朋友，亦見到另外將大枱係無人， 問咗好耐職員張枱有冇人訂枱，最後話張枱已經有人，其實到最後張枱都係冇人 寧願你的喺度逼。 樓上只得一個職員服務基本上唔會主動服務你， 最好笑係同老闆娘落單叫餸，我哋望住張餐牌叫碟菜，跟住佢話冇，我哋問返佢而家有咩菜可揀，佢又霸氣地叫返我哋自己睇返餐牌， 然後我哋口噏幾款菜都係冇，其實會唔會你講畀我聽有咩菜會直接啲。 我諗呢間食肆出名都係靠kol。
