To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

“北海道牛奶拉麵”湯底幾香但又唔會好漏最後差啲飲哂😋，麵底偏粗少少所以食到最後啲麵都唔會淋哂。幾鐘意個糖心蛋好入味👍🏻。“黃金蟹糕牛奶沾麵” 大滿足份量大滿足份量啱哂男士，呢個份量對男友黎講濕濕碎😆。上菜嘅時候，店員有細心提醒要將叉燒過一過湯就會好食啲。呢個麵啲重點就係個蟹糕，大叔一食個蟹糕就話好香喎！個湯因為係沾麵湯嘅關係會比大嬸個個鹹少少，但係都好香。“肉汁滿滿餃子”味道有啲似大阪王將嘅餃子，煎得幾脆又唔會好油。“串燒雞軟骨”熱辣辣加埋面頭嘅椒鹽，不敗嘅配搭。“凍鮮泡蜂蜜綠茶”唔會太甜，仲飲到有啲桃香，原來係個茶包入面有桃肉，估唔到又幾夾。原來而家二人同行嗌兩碗麵就會有每人一客沖繩豬軟骨或者布甸，四個人就會兩樣都有🤩。因為之前做過Melody主題，所以啲碗碟都有Melody幾可愛。
