To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不能出國旅行，只好在城內探東探西找尋懷念的味道一解思鄉之愁。鬧市中的富山麵家，最近化身成期間限定的Melody麵店。整家店都粉紅粉紅的，上至碗碟、下至職員的制服都有粉紅色的Melody。My Melody 特製沾麵牛奶湯是普通的質地，不會待別濃稠，掛麵力一般。但湯底牛奶味香濃，不會油膩。我最喜歡它的麵質，彈牙非常。當中粉紅色一絲絲的原來是火龍果拉麵😳雖然沒有什麼火龍果味，但賣相一流。拉麵裡有溏心蛋、豬軟骨、Melody造型的嗚門卷，更有棉花糖！🤣蜂蜜綠茶用上粉紅色士多啤梨造型的器皿盛載，貫徹可愛的風格。是令人滿足眼球和胃袋的一次體驗呢，以後經過會再光顧。

牛奶湯是普通的質地，不會待別濃稠，掛麵力一般。但湯底牛奶味香濃，不會油膩。
我最喜歡它的麵質，彈牙非常。當中粉紅色一絲絲的原來是火龍果拉麵😳雖然沒有什麼火龍果味，但賣相一流。
拉麵裡有溏心蛋、豬軟骨、Melody造型的嗚門卷，更有棉花糖！🤣

蜂蜜綠茶

用上粉紅色士多啤梨造型的器皿盛載，貫徹可愛的風格。

是令人滿足眼球和胃袋的一次體驗呢，以後經過會再光顧。
