To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直都十分喜歡尖東忌廉哥的我，以前在尖東上班時天天會去探望他們。但自從轉到新工作環境，與忌廉哥的距離日漸走遠。幸好，觀塘這邊有間譚仔三哥米線，與尖東忌廉哥合作，我又可以再次透過餐廳拉近與忌廉哥的距離。我喜歡吃得比較清淡，於是選了雞肉清湯墨丸米線及土匪雞翼。食物與其他分店一樣依舊好吃，我最喜歡那個清湯及腐皮香軟，配上滑滑雞肉及彈牙墨丸，其實是一個十分價廉物美的午餐。但今天的腐皮比較硬馬如果可以煮久一點更好。
