To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得齊人,可以圍埋食餐飯過中秋,感恩!選了尖沙咀的凱悅軒,皆因大家都是常客,對呢度既出品充滿信心。睇餐牌,今期有一欄可持續發展的海鮮菜式,都係選用海鮮管理委員會認証既海鮮食材,好似幾吸引,那就瞄準佢作目標。柯打完一大堆菜式,按慣例涼菜先到,涼拌雞樅菌皇帝蟹法邊豆。各款食材恭整地排好,吃前將所有材料撈勻,微微的汁醬大家都可以接受到,蟹肉鮮甜肉厚,感覺好清爽,是個很稱職的開胃菜。米通脆炸魚肉丸子做到似荔枝咁,都有好些地方有類似做法,呢度勝在咬落脆而不硬,說是用上龍柳的魚肉丸子,當然也有混入蝦膠去帶出彈牙口感,配上酸酸甜甜的汁醬,又是一道醒胃的菜式。接著來的崧子波士頓龍蝦炒鮮奶,上桌時好有氣勢。說穿了,這就是名貴版本的大良炒鮮奶。大廚的功夫無庸置疑,鮮奶絕對炒得嫩滑,混入粒粒彈牙的龍蝦肉,連埋崧子及脆盞同吃,口感比起傳統的大良炒鮮奶豐富得多了。做節點都要有湯水,不如來個菜膽蟹肉雲吞雞? 湯頭濃甜到一個點,肯定真材實料。雲吞皮薄,除了豬肉,還加入了蟹肉做餡,就連素翅也煨得非常入味,又是將傳統的砂鍋雲吞雞提升至另一層次。個人幾中意食炒肉鬆,貪佢幾香口,呢個炒肉鬆仲要混入埋帶子、蓮藕粒、欖菜等,口

個人幾中意食炒肉鬆,貪佢幾香口,呢個炒肉鬆仲要混入埋帶子、蓮藕粒、欖菜等,口感自然更勝一籌。師傅大概知我喜歡吃香口嘢,將坊間常用的生菜包轉成了脆筒,而且個脆筒係真正脆卜卜,肯定更得我歡心。

單尾的雪菜濃湯海皇煨麵,有蝦球、帶子及磨菇等材料,個人特別欣賞煨麵略帶糊口的質感,這才是真正的煨麵呀!

流沙脆盞是不可或缺的甜品,另外各人自選心水甜點,我的就是楊枝甘露,在熱到破晒紀錄的中秋吃一碗,透心涼~
